Cwmcoednerth Fach is a quality detached self catering cottage set in tranquil, wooded surroundings within a short drive of the magnificent Ceredigion coast line and its beaches at Llangrannog, Penbryn, Cwmtydu abd Tresaith to name but a few. The start of the stunningly beautiful Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is approximately 15 miles away. Go here for beaches of Cardigan Bay The self contained accommodation is of a very high standard with all modern facilities. It has been awarded 4 stars by The Wales Tourist Board and sleeps four plus a cot. The whole building has under floor heating and the lounge area also has a traditional LPG stove.  It is double glazed throughout. The cottage has mains operated smoke and heat detection plus carbon monoxide detectors fitted for your safety. Cwmcoednerth Fach  is located one mile from the centre of the village of Rhydlewis  in rural Ceredigion. The property is approached via a pretty tree lined farm track approximately 400mts long. There are many footpaths nearby, ideal for those who like to get out and experience the countryside on foot. There is a wide choice of nearby tourist attractions to visit The first floor is an open lounge, dining area and kitchen.  The lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with a three piece suite and dining table and chairs. There is a TV with SKY Freeview a DVD with  a  large selection of DVDs  available and  a music centre, cds and books.  The kitchen is well equipped with a freezer, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, electric oven and gas hob. There is also a micro wave, toaster and kettle. French doors lead from the lounge to a raised decking area with fine views over the countryside,  ideal for al fresco dining. Stairs lead to the ground floor which has one twin and one double bedroom.  Both rooms have  bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and  built in wardrobes. The bathroom is also located on this floor and has a bath, over bath shower, hand basin heated towel rail and toilet. The top of the stairs has a stair gate fitted. There is ample parking next to the property. Bed linen and towels are provided in the price. Please bring your own beach towels. Electricity and gas are included in the price. A chargeable baby sitting service can be arranged by prior notice. Fiona and Nigel are CRB checked.
